Business Desktop
Business desktops are computers engineered to meet the requirements of stable, daily usage in thousands of enterprise environments all over the world; these kinds of machines typically fall into one of two types. The first types are no-frills machines designed for ease of deployment by large IT departments, including designated virtualization hardware and power management technology. Designed for multi-year use, these machines are the business equivalent of the mainstream desktop and are generally sold with service and warranty contracts designed to make servicing easy. The second kind of business desktop is the workstation. Workstations are intended for use in high-end computing environments where computational ability is key, such as animation studios, video editing houses and protein modeling simulations.

Most workstations are large boxes filled with powerful components. They take up immense amounts of space, make ridiculous amounts of noise and render large buildings in a single bound. HP is looking to change all of that - well, except maybe for the last bit - with its new Z200 Workstation, a small form factor workstation that proves big things do come in small packages.
